Chris Prevel - Director & Consultant

Chris founded SquareClouds in 2024 after successfully running another IT company for four years. With nearly two decades of experience in IT, including work within insurance, private banking, government and IT service providers, Chris is one of the most qualified professionals in the Channel Islands.

Passionate about making IT better, Chris has built and led a small, dedicated team that focuses on delivering friendly, client-centered solutions. At SquareClouds, the goal is to help small businesses in the Channel Islands with reliable, effective IT services, all whilst keeping things approachable and easy to understand.

Dom Shepherd - Technical Support Engineer

Dom is a dedicated Technical Support Engineer at SquareClouds, where he’s been making a significant impact since joining. With a strong background in IT delivery, Dom excels in managed services, service desk operations and automation.

Dom’s journey into IT was fueled by a commitment to learning and growth, and his diverse experiences, including his time in the hospitality industry, have made him a well-rounded professional who’s always ready to go the extra mile.

Tanisha Heath - Junior Technical Support Engineer

Tanisha is a Junior Technical Support Engineer at SquareClouds with a solid foundation in IT support and a keen eye for problem solving. Her experience at the Institute of Engineering and Technology gave her hands on exposure to service desk operations, hardware rollouts, and cross team collaboration.

Driven by curiosity and a love of learning, Tanisha is especially interested in automation and finding smarter ways to tackle repetitive tasks. Her thoughtful, people first approach and growing technical skillset make her a valuable addition to the team.

Charlotte Short - Business Support Officer

Charlotte joins SquareClouds as a Business Support Officer, bringing a wealth of experience in people-focused and operational roles. She supports the team with backend operations, scheduling, accounts, procurement, and administration — helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

With her calm, organised approach and dedication to supporting others, Charlotte is a key part of ensuring the team stays on track and clients receive the best possible service.

Robin Guilbert - Consultant

Robin joins SquareClouds as a Consultant with extensive experience across infrastructure, cloud technologies, and technical project delivery. Over many years in the industry, he has led teams, designed complex systems, and supported organisations through wide ranging IT challenges, always with a strong commitment to quality and continual learning.

Passionate about technology and driven by high standards, Robin enjoys exploring new ideas and finding effective, well-crafted solutions. His depth of knowledge, calm approach, and willingness to get stuck into any challenge make him a valuable addition to the team.
